HIGH RESOLUTION MEDIA CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your shoot date and time.
All payments are non-refundable. The retainer secures your date and covers lost booking opportunities. Any additional payments made beyond the retainer are applied toward services and are also non-refundable once services have been rendered or the scheduled date has passed.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival on the day of the shoot/event unless already paid.
Failure to submit final payment may result in withholding of all deliverables.
All bookings must be completed through the website. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.
2. Packages & Pricing
Grad packages start at $425.
HRM offers photography, videography, and bundled packages.
Pricing is based on scope including:
Location
Time coverage
Edits/deliverables
Creative complexity
Custom packages:
Base rate does not include editing
Editing is billed separately based on project scope
Additional equipment or rentals may incur additional fees
3. Consultation (Optional Add-On)
Consultation is optional but recommended for custom concepts.
$50 consultation fee applies and is only available after booking.
Without consultation, client agrees to trust HRM’s creative direction.
4. Travel Policy
HRM is based in Raleigh, NC.
All other locations may require a custom travel fee.
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Fees
Squeeze-In Fee ($50): For non-listed or reopened dates
Reschedule Fee ($50): Applies to date changes
Late Fee ($50): Applies if client arrival delays production
Rush Fee ($100+): For expedited delivery requests
6. Cancellation Policy
All retainers/payments are non-refundable.
If client cancels:
Payment is forfeited
New booking requires a new retainer
HRM reserves the right to cancel due to:
Illness
Emergency
Unsafe conditions
In such cases, HRM will:
Attempt to reschedule OR
Provide a refund at HRM’s discretion
7. Weather & Force Majeure
HRM is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond control including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Venue limitations
Equipment failure beyond reasonable control
Rescheduling will be attempted when possible.
8. Guest Policy
Maximum 2 guests allowed
Exceptions apply for planned group concepts/events
9. Production Terms
HRM provides services based on selected package only
Standard video length: 2–5 minutes
Production typically uses one 4K camera
Lighting and gear used at HRM discretion for quality
Client agrees to:
Arrive prepared and on time
Follow agreed timeline
Communicate all expectations beforehand
10. Creative Control
HRM maintains full creative control over:
Shooting style
Editing style
Music selection (unless discussed before the shoot)
Final delivery
Client acknowledges they are booking HRM based on prior work and style.
11. Raw Files & Footage
Raw images/videos are not deliverables unless purchased separately.
Raw files may NOT be:
Posted
Edited
Shared with third parties
HRM retains files for 48 hours after final delivery, after which files may be deleted.
12. Revisions Policy
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours
Pricing:
Up to 2 changes → $50/hour
Larger revisions/custom work → $100/hour
13. Delivery
Delivered via WeTransfer
Delivery occurs after full payment is received
HRM is not responsible for:
Expired download links
Client failure to download files in time
14. Coverage Limitations
HRM is not responsible for compromised coverage due to:
Venue restrictions
Poor lighting/environment
Guest interference
Schedule delays
Limited access
15. Safety & Conduct
HRM reserves the right to:
Stop work if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate
Leave without refund if:
Harassment occurs
Safety is compromised
16. Liability & Insurance
HRM is a registered LLC and carries business insurance.
HRM’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
HRM is not responsible for:
Acts outside of HRM’s control
17. Third-Party Vendors
HRM is not responsible for:
Other photographers/videographers
DJ/audio failures
Venue staff or coordination issues
18. Location Restrictions
HRM does not conduct shoots at private residences.
19. Usage Rights & Media Release
Client grants HRM unrestricted rights to use:
Name
Image
Voice
Likeness
For:
Marketing
Social media
Portfolio
Business and educational use
Client waives:
Approval rights
Royalties
Compensation for usage
This agreement has no time or geographic limitation.
21. Agreement
By booking with High Resolution Media LLC, client confirms they:
Have read and understood all terms
Agree to all policies
Enter into a legally binding agreement

1. How do I book a shoot?
All bookings can be completed directly through the website.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time.
For clients who prefer alternative payment methods, I also accept certified checks and money orders. Please contact me directly to arrange booking outside of the website..
2. When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot upon arrival, unless you choose to pay in full beforehand.
3. Do you travel?
Yes. We are located in Raleigh, NC. If you are located outside of this areas, a travel fee may apply.
5. Do you offer both photo and video?
Yes. We offer:
Photography packages
Videography packages
Combined photo + video packages
6. Can I bring people to my shoot?
Yes, but there is a 2 guest limit.
If your concept requires a group (friends, family, or it an any type of event), This does not apply to you.
7. Can I choose the music for my video?
You can provide suggestions, but final music selection is at HRM’s discretion to ensure the best overall quality and copyright compliance.
8. Will I receive the raw footage or unedited photos?
No. Raw Video files are not included but can be purchased after the shoot if you would like them. If you booked a photoshoot, you will receive all unedited photos STRICTLY FOR SELECTION PURPOSES. These photos are not to be posted or shared with a third party.
9. How long does it take to receive my content?
Turnaround time varies depending on the project.
If you need your content faster, a rush fee may apply.
10. Can I request changes to my video or photos?
Yes. You have 24 hours after delivery to request revisions.
Up to 2 changes → $50/hour
Larger revisions → $100/hour
11. What happens if I’m late?
A $50 late fee may apply, and your shoot time may be reduced to stay on schedule.
12. Can I reschedule my shoot?
Yes. A $50 reschedule fee applies.
Your original retainer will transfer to the new date.
13. What happens if I cancel?
All payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel, a new retainer is required to book again.
14. Do you shoot at homes or apartments?
No. HRM does not provide house call shoots.
15. What if the weather is bad?
We will do our best to reschedule your shoot if weather conditions interfere with quality or safety.
16. How will I receive my photos or video?
Your final files will be delivered via WeTransfer once your balance is paid.
17. How long will my files be available?
Files are only stored for a limited time after delivery, so please download them as soon as possible.
18. Can you help me come up with a concept?
Yes! You can add a $50 consultation during booking where we help develop your idea and plan your shoot.
